If you aren’t feeling the positive impacts of GutPersonal supplements after following our Dietitian-designed usage, then you are eligible for the GutPersonal 30-day happy gut guarantee which is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The 30-day happy gut guarantee is only applicable to your first purchase of each individual supplement product.
- If you return an item that was part of a bundle, you will receive the refund amount of the individual product.
- The 30-day happy gut guarantee is only available to purchases made via the GutPersonal website, gutpersonal.com.
- The product must be used according to the directions on the label or by our Registered Dietitian.
- You must notify us within 30 days from the date of delivery to be eligible.
- Refunds will be issued exclusively to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the funds to reflect back in your account.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable under the 30-day happy gut guarantee.
- If you order multiples of the same product and are not satisfied, we will issue a refund for one unit. Any additional units must be returned in their original condition within 30 days to be eligible for a refund.
If your order meets the following terms and conditions send our team a message and we can get your order refunded to you, no return needed!
If your order does not meet the above terms and conditions our standard return policy allows you 30 days to return unopened products to receive a full refund. Please send a message to our customer support team to initiate the return process with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable items
Digital products, testing packages, and 1:1 coaching programs are not eligible for refunds.
Please note that we do not refund shipping and we ask that you include your order number with your return so we can ensure you get your refund/credit as soon as possible!
